Nokia announced Nokia N97 has new software update, which makes Nokia N97 as N-Gage compatible. You can find N97i's coverage about this news at here. As you know, Nokia N97 uses the same symbian smartphone operating system - Symbian S60 V5.0 - as Nokia 5800 XpressMusic. So I can expect that N-Gage for Nokia N97 will soon work on Nokia 5800, which only needs a few small adjustments.
As the request of N-Gage for Nokia 5800 is very high, this is definitely a very good news for Nokia 5800 fans. I think a few days later, the software update of Nokia 5800 will bring you the N-Gage for Nokia 5800. Let's wait and see...

Can you please inform me by e-mail when this will be happening.I have always had nokia phones including the N-gage and if you could put this on the 5800 music express that would be fantastic with the touch screen and the fantastic sounds you get from the phone.

i dont think Ngage will be available on 5800 as it is only touchscreen (not multitouch) , the Ngage gaming often needs to use two or more buttons at the same time, which u cannot do on the s60v5 touch mobiles unless they have a keyboard.. and even if i am wrong and it will be available it will still not be very easy to play on touchscreen
